Sometimes I need to slap myself because I get going and forget about the stress. Got to practice what I preach...lol.
All are good practices...but giving yourself a break is essential.....when I start pushing myself...my thinking gets fuzzy!!!

I learned being all things to all people is not my job it is God's job. I learned asking for help doesn't mean I am not trying to do my best. I learned saying; "I am sorry, I made a mistake." means I am learning and that is my reason for being. I learned loving myself is as important as loving others.

Thank you for dropping by. I think when dealing with our Other Self it is always good to do a soul "sweep", that's what I was trying to accomplish . I think my next blog is going to deal with our "Child Self". I would appreciate any viewpoints you have on that.

- Having a scientific background I find it hard to accept abstract concepts.
Einsteins Theory of Relativity, however, caused me to pause and look at other elements in the Universe which we cannot explain! I doing so, my closed mind began to open...and with a few personal experiences, brought me to a place of spirituality and searching for that which is not written down.
I know there is a lot we humans do not understand...I have been given an opportunity to research, explore and find understanding to a journey I started about 15 years ago.
I close my mind to nothing....and I have not been sorry.
I would like to think I am becoming more complete!!!
